Even after all these years, I still have people of a certain age sing chunks of this to me. This vintage campaign saw the famous hedgehogs singing Stayin' Alive – the Bee Gees even approved the lyrical change and slashed their royalty rate to allow us to use it.
And the results were impressive, hitting awareness rates of 87% among 4-13 year olds. No wonder the UK's roads became the safest in Europe.
